Why my shopify payments Payouts are paused since “every day???”
I am running my new store in shopify, i have already passed identity verified in stripe.
But why my payouts are paused every day?
i have contact shopify teams for many times, no one reply me,could you help me
From what I’ve seen in similar threads, a lot of these pauses come from something small in the account review. Things like business info, bank details, or tax data not matching exactly can trigger it. Once people update those fields, the review usually moves a bit faster.
If you already sent in the documents Shopify asked for, it’s worth checking in on your support ticket again. Many merchants said the payments team needed a little nudge before things moved. It also helps to keep your ticket number ready so each agent can pick up where the last one left off.
I hope it clears soon for you. These reviews can take days or sometimes longer, but they do get resolved once the payments team finishes looking at the account. If it keeps dragging on, asking them what specific info they still need is usually the quickest way to get a real answer.
Thanks so much, but when i push the “verify identity“button again and again, there is no pop up page after i have already verified identity. When i push “manage“ button, there is no place to change anything about our company information, we couldn’t check what we have written before now
