Why some of my stores can get in touch with the chat support, but my some other stores cannot?

Why some of my stores is able to get in touch with the chat support of Shopify, but my some other stores cannot have the option to contact the online chat suppot?

Could I get you to confirm that you’re following the below steps to contact our support team:

Contacting Shopify Support

  • Navigate to our Help Center and log in to the store in question
  • Select a topic to connect to our support team
  • On the following page, choose a subtopic from the ones provided.
  • Once you’ve selected a subtopic, scroll down on the next page where you should see the available support options under Get Support.

To help rule out any browser or device issues, I recommend trying the troubleshooting steps listed below.

Troubleshooting Steps:

  • First, try clearing your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
  • Try a different web browser, as well as incognito or private windows to rule out any browser issues.
  • When using incognito, if you are still experiencing a display issue, confirm you have disabled browser extensions as these can change how the pages look.
  • Ensure the web browser is up to date on the latest version (we don’t support every browser, but we do support these ones)
  • Try another device, like another computer or mobile phone.
