My account was terminated today without any reason and today only i got my first order. Even though this whole shopify experience has disheartened me a lot but for now I am only concerned about my customers refund if someone has any info about this please share

Did you receive an email explaining why your account was terminated? If so, the best thing to do would be to reply to that email with any questions you may have as they will have the right information to provide you with.

I have done that but in the scenario if my account is not reactivated who will be responsible for the refund to customer
The same thing happened for and they are keeping 20.000 USD worth of funds! Absolutely nobody every replies either! All we are asking is that they either refund the customers so that we process payments through stripe or Paypal but It’s impossible to speak to someone!

Our team can put your account on hold or deactivate it if your store does not follow our terms or service agreement or we are not provided with correct documentation. Shopify does not manage individual stores that are on our platform so it is the account holders responsibility to follow the terms and service agreement and refund their customers. I understand you do not have access to do so, so please wait to hear back from our team as they will have further information for you.
