Why was my online store suddenly closed?

my store https://aestheticbridge.myshopify.com was closed for no reason, and the support of Shopify is devastating, it is like a vicious circle, automatically again and again going to the surpporting homepage but no entry for real problem messaging or any customer service page.

i know they try to get rid of risk, but i have been a good seller and responsible for my customer for about 6 months, WFT they close my store without any reason, i need it back. anyboday can help me.

From your inquiry above, it seems that you are not able to reach our live queues to be able to speak to an actual agent. It sounds like you are entering the reason for your inquiry but are not seeing any helpful links to resolve it. I recommend that when you get to this step and no links are suitable, scroll all the way down and you should see a, “Get Support” button. Once you click on that, you will be presented with all available queues to speak with an actual agent (phones, chats, and emails are all possible queues). Our live team will be able to open up the back end of your account and dig deeper to see why this is happening.

More importantly however, since your store has been closed/paused, I recommend you check your email as well. The internal teams who made such changes will have sent you an email regarding this matter. You can reply directly to that for further information on the matter as well.

there is no get support button for me and as i said earlier, it is a circle go back to the same supporting page listed with 24/7 support, community and so on list, but the 24/7 not work for me at all, it like died button.

Are you able to try to get to support again but try the following:

  • clear cache and cookies
  • go into private or incognito mode
  • use different browser or device

Give these local troubleshooting steps a try to see if you get different results, more specifically being able to choose the 24/7 support option.
