I am opening up a 2nd store and I’d like to copy my theme from the 1st store.
I have clicked ‘download theme file’ and it says ‘theme files sent’ to the right email address, yet I am not receiving any emails (not even in spam).
Great troubleshooting steps so far! Theme files can take some time before they are sent to your email; however, if they haven’t arrived within 24 hours, then I suspect the issue may be the email you’re using as the email may be bouncing. I would recommend trying a different email to see if that has different results.
It is important to note that theme purchases are for one store. If you are trying to export a purchased theme to use in your second store you will need to repurchase the theme on your second store.
If the email doesn’t send after updating the email, or if you do not have a different email to test with, then I’d recommend reaching out to Shopify Support. Our teams can reach out to Technical Support to check the logs to see why the emails are not sending.
