I’m a customer trying to add my debit card as a payment method back onto my Shop App. I ran into trouble with my bank, deleted my card off my Shop App, and resolved it. I checked everything and my card works ever since but the Shop App still refuses to add the card back even after I got in touch with email support who helped in regards to the “Too many attempts” error warning. Even after they cleared the warning, the app still refuses to add the card back into my account. I further emailed support but they have yet to get back to me so I’m posting on here. Since then I haven’t attempted to add it back due to the attempts of adding my card too many times. I have Shop Installments due soon and they should be on the card that I previously had but can’t add back currently. Can someone please help?
