'You left items at checkout' - Emails display old name & address

Hi,

I have changed the name of my shop/company and although this appears on other emails etc., it is not showing up on the ‘You left items at checkout’ email. It still shows the old name and address.

Please could you tell me how to change this (screenshot below).

Hi Stefan,

I’ve been through each one and they all have the new logo and new shop name so it’s definitely not in the email templates.

Thank you but no, everything there has the new details. I’m a bit stumped!

Found the answer! Just in case it helps anyone else, it was in Shopify’s Admin > Marketing > Campaigns.
