You mentioned that after selecting a paid plan your account is now displaying as inactive. I truly understand the importance of regaining access to your account and rest assured I’ll do my best to share what next steps need to be taken.

In order to take a closer look and provide you with account-specific information, you’ll need to create a support request. You can create a support request via the Shopify Help Center, where you’ll need to be authenticated. For better visibility, I’ll share the steps below on how to contact our support team and create a support request.

How to contact Shopify Support:

  • Head over to the Shopify Help Center and log in to the store in question
  • Select Account from the topics provided
  • Select Logging in from the subtopics provided
  • On the following page, scroll down to Get Support where you’ll see our available support options displayed.
