I’ve received an email saying our account’s closed. We didn’t get any warning before. What should I do?
I understand you received an email from our Trust and Safety team and that your store has been closed. This can happen for a range of reasons, and depending on the situation no earlier warnings or notices will be sent in these cases. Any questions you might have about the termination of your account are best directed to our Trust and Safety team by replying back directly to the email you received.
These situations are handled by a dedicated support team and our standard support is not able to review decisions made in these cases.
i also received the same damn email for no reason as i was fulfilling my orders and then they tell me they are going to hold my payouts this seems like robbery to me and im not for it. the customer service is terrible its all automated responses, shopify is a terrible site to use and this is outrageous i need answers
Same here! Nothing wrong i will lose a lot of money as i have shipped out a lot of orders and waiting on payout… But if they dont reactivate my store i wont get it…
