Do we have any update on the release/live date of the shopify’s Agentic Commerce Protocol feature for the store? Its been a month since its released by Chatgpt and its also live for Etsy.

Currently, Shopify hasn’t officially rolled out the Agentic Commerce Protocol (ACP) feature for all stores yet. It’s live for Etsy merchants and being tested with Shopify partners, but no confirmed public release date has been announced by Shopify so far.
That said, Shopify has already published the developer documentation for agents and checkout integrations — which means the feature is in progress and expected soon. You can follow updates here: https://shopify.dev/docs/agents
If you’re a Shopify merchant, it’s a good idea to start preparing by keeping your product catalog, checkout links, and APIs well-structured so you can integrate easily once it’s available.

There is currently no confirmed public release date for the Agentic Commerce Protocol for Shopify stores. It remains very much in private beta with a handful of partners. You can get a head start by making sure your store data, product catalog, and integrations are API-ready so you can onboard quickly when the feature becomes available.
