This matter is urgent. Please comply immediately to prevent the suspension of your store and any disruption to your business.

Thank you for sharing the email message. It will help other merchants to know whether the email regarding Shopify is real or fake.

And we know many scammers contact the merchant for the meant of money purpose. This is a really serious issue and Shopify should take action against these scammers.

And I want to tell you that Shopify never sends you messages with @gmail.com format. They use their domain** @Shopify_77 .com.**

So please be aware of these scammers. Recently a merchant contact me who lose his $350 with the same scamming.
