Anyone get charge $9 after closed the shop?

I closed my store from October and they kept charge me $9 every months.

Someone showed me how to chat online with them on March and the Shoptify staff told me that I need to wait because she needed to contact with the technician team and will contact me back but until now I haven’t seen any respond and still being charge $9.

Is anyone have same problem and can fix it before? How can I online chat with the staff? I couldn’t find anywhere in the support website and I kinda stuck.

When it asks you to search their knowledge base, just type in anything and hit search – then click Continue to get to the contact options.

To provide some context, we currently offer a plan that allows you to continue running your shop at a reduced fee of $9/monthly. I recommend checking out our Pausing Your Shop documentation for more information on this plan and its features.

As this seems to be in line with the fees you’re currently paying, I recommend following the steps below to confirm the shop has successfully been deactivated:

  • Head to the Login Page to access the shop.

  • From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Plan.

  • Click Deactivate Store.

  • Select a reason for the deactivation, and then click Continue.

  • Enter your password, and then click Deactivate now.

If after completing this step and confirming the shop has been closed, you continue to receive charges I recommend Contacting Support for further investigation. You can reach out chat support, you can:

  • Select the Continue Without Logging In option.
  • Search a topic within the Search Bar.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page to locate Get Support > Continue.
