Automatic discounts should apply to customer segments we create. For example customers who have an account can get an automatic 5% off their order without needing a code!
Why isn’t this implemented? Only discount codes can target customer segments.

Hi @onyx_au If you are still looking for a solution to this you can try using the Discount Depot App, which allows you to set automatic discounts to a specific customer and a group of customers. You can simply create rule of 5% off for customers having an account with you without the need of coding.
