So basically, I’m having a problem where the banner for my homepage isn’t showing up on mobile but it is on mobile preview. Does anyone know a solution? My website is mystiqshop.org

I also cannot see the banner on the desktop. Maybe you hide it from your theme’s customize.

Can you please share the screenshot of the banner which is showing in desktop but not in mobile?
Also on referring to your website, it seems you have used a theme called “refresh” in your store.
with a screenshot, we might be able to provide you with a detailed solution.

Yeah I just realized it also doesn’t show on desktop but the solution you gave didn’t work. Are there any other possibilities?
Could you take a screenshot of the homepage to customize?
