One user offers a workaround: create a Shopify Partners account at partners.shopify.com. After doing so, admin.shopify.com stopped showing a blank page for them.

I cannot log in for the first time (I just created this account) into shopify admin
I need to test something for a possible client but I cannot seem to access and login? I googled the issue and I cleared my caches, tried on different browsers (Safari, Chrome, Opera and Firefox) with incognito browsers and its all just the same, a blank white page
The inspect console shows many 403 errors 
Is there something else I can do?

Creating a Partners account at partners.shopify.com seems to have fixed it for me (or, admin.shopify.com is at least not showing just a blank page anymore).

I will try later in the evening just to check but for my tests I went with Wix
I had another go and Ive noticed theres different errors in the inspector for each browser, really weird issue
