Can I get a refund after closing my basic plan store?

I closed my store due to not received a single order. I choosed a basic plan. Please refund my amount. contact me on my email faran838@gmail.com.

As per Shopify Terms of Service, they do not offer refunds for your cancellation. The optimal option here for you is to contact Shopify support directly to discuss the refund.

You could refer to this link, log in to your store account then type in a topic in the search bar, for example, "close store " and select Search. On the following page, scroll down to Get Support and click Continue and you’ll be presented with options to contact their Support via chat, email, or schedule a call-back.
