However, I have some comments to boost sales. Here are some of my recommendations for session enhancement, please kindly check.
1. Add CTA link for banner
I see you put the banner “Welcome to our store! SPRING SALE - UP TO 30% OFF!” at the top of the website that shows the very first touchpoint with newcomers. But for sales boost, you can leverage it to redirect the link of product page/discounts/purchase, etc.
2. Optimize Hero banner not just sales
With just a glance over the hero banner, I can decide whether to continue exploring a shop or not. At my first view of your website, the hero banner is not attractive enough, which focuses too much on informing the sales discounts. Therefore, I recommend that you optimize Hero Banner with the most captivating image of your products along with your tagline (benefits offered to your customers).
Then, more emotions and trust are created among customers for session activity.
3. Enlarge and highlight some few Instagrams
One of the things that would trigger customer engagement in the website is the attractive illustration with redirected links. They are mostly shown in your Instagram post section, where there are however too many posts and they all similarly important.
With my knowledge in UX, it would be better to enlarge and highlight 2-3 instagrams so that the customers notice what is noticeable!
4. Create more attractive and brand-consistent blogs
To boost engagement and create trust for purchases, you should consider deliver your brand clearly and strongly to your customers, which could involve attach your brand identity your About us and sharing posts (images, logo, tagline) (when you even do not try to sell things)
5. Optimize Live chat feature
I can see that your website already had a help widget and live chat feature, which however could be optimized further. How about having a comprehensive live chat with order tracking, redirect buttons to social media, etc…) to assist potential customers instantly, addressing their questions or concerns in real time? This can help prevent abandonment and encourage purchases.
