I am unable to add my phone number to my shopify account.
I got locked out of the account yesterday as I tried to login on the shopify app but I couldn’t get the 6-digit code through SMS. I used one of the recovery codes to login this morning, went to the settings then “add phone number”. My country code is +216 (Tunisia) and I tried several times and I can’t get the verification code to add my number.
Is there any reason why this is happening?

Once you successfully login, or select the option to Continue without logging in - you will be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak directly with a Support Advisor about the situation.
