I can’t seem to be able to contact Shopify Support. Whenever I click “contact Support” it directs me to choose my website. When I do that it takes me back to topics and “Contact Support” button. When I click “contact support” button, it takes me back to choosing my website and then back to topics

After logging in to your store, all the topics will be shown and you have to select 1 of them to navigate to the next page where you can choose the suitable method to reach out to Support team.

Our live support via phone, chat or email can be reached via our support portal here. Simply type your query into the “ask about a topic” bar, then hit continue to support to access. It is really important to not skip this step, as if you do you will become stuck in a loop as you mentioned. If you still have difficulty, it is worth trying using an incognito window using Google Chrome as your browser. Here’s a video showing the steps in action.
