Hello when I try to connect my Shopify store to my tik tok seller account i keep getting sent to a loading screen that never stops loading are there any resolution to this?

but the same thing happened to me, does it work when you refresh your page go back to tiktok and enter your link again in the google search bar when you are on your tiktok profile On my side no loading

If the issues still persist, then you should try clearing all the cookies from your browser, trying a new browser, or maybe using VPN. Let’s know the updates when you try all of this.
You have to go on the Shopify app and go to settings and from their go to the admin Paige click the tik tok app and from their you’ll be able to load into the page
