Hello, Iam trying to get hold of someone on shopify help team as I brought something from a shopify store and items never turned up, have tried the live chat and it just goes around in circles, please help.

The Shopify stores are individual business. I would recommend you contacting the Shopify store directly. I don’t think Shopify can help but you can try contacting them here.
