Support staff directed the owner to an opt-out link where customers can request complete data removal from Shop Pay
Initial link had technical issues (appeared as a Dawn theme template)
Hello! I am a shopify store owner and a customer emailed me saying they are getting ‘spammed’ with Shopify Payments emails (‘sign in to shop’ emails) and do not want to receive them. I dont think they realised they signed up to Shopify Payments. How can they delete their account + card details with Shopify payments ?
