Does anyone know a pop up app that triggers shopify's email automation for new subscribers?

I want to manage email marketing within Shopify, I have a Welcome automation when a new person subscribes to email marketing.

I’m trying to find a 3rd party app that has pop-ups to sign up to email marketing and, upon sign-up, trigger the Shopify welcome automation I already have. Does anyone know of an app like that?

I don’t want to replicate the welcome email on the 3rd party app (which often have very poor email templates), and the ones I’ve tried don’t trigger Shopify’s automation.

I’m only interested in those that trigger Shopify’s “customer subscribed to email marketing” workflow. If you know of any, I’d love to know :slightly_smiling_face:
