Hi! Sorry I’m late. When accessing the chat it would allow me to put in my information but when I clicked chat the window would pop and have “unexpected error” message. The phone number had also asked about a Walmart gift card claim. However I spoke with someone via email who got my problem squared away which was fixing my checkout options. A few customers had reached out about not being able to place their orders at checkout because a “can’t accept payment method” would also pop up.
