Has Anyone got they're account back from termination?

I woke up and received this email

"Dear Account Owner,

We have reviewed your account and determined that it is in violation of Shopify’s Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). As a result, we are no longer able to host your store on the Shopify platform and your account has been closed.

The full amount of pending payouts will be held in reserve.

I recently just had my payouts on hold and I submitted everything and my payouts were released fully. Now a couple of days later i’m getting this message? Has anyone ever got they’re account back and if so how? I fear my store might’ve been wrongfully reported because I have friends that are selling items similar to mine and nothing has happened to them.

As we’re not able to provide account support publicly here, you’d need to refer to any email from our specialist teams for more info.

You mentioned this contact was from our Trust and Safety team, so it would definitely be necessary to reply directly to this email as that would be the only team with access to info on your case.

From experience, however, decisions like this are usually final once made.

In any case, you can address your concerns to our escalated team by way of a reply to that email.
