Hello,
I am trying to complete the setup for the “Shop” sales channel. Everything is green and active except “Shop Chat.” It says “Shop Chat is inactive” with a yellow mark next to it. I have clicked on it and set it up fully (to my knowledge) and it even appears on my website to be functional, but still won’t change to active.
Below that, it says “Sell with Shop is inactive and your Shop Store is not discoverable on the Shop App because it does not meet Shop Merchant Guidelines .”
And then below that, it shows that “Your store’s first order using Shopify Payments was processed less than 90 days ago” is the only thing not checked off below that.
Please help. I have struggled for days on this and dont want to start my site up till this is resolved. Thank you in advance.
