How can I delete my personal details from my online store account?

I am finding it quite confusing as to how I can delete my Shopify personal details including my banking information. I keep receiving TW verify messages on my phone every time I make a purchase from different suppliers? Some how Shopify tracks my every purchase. I have tried calling Shopify and that was unsuccessful, I tried live chat and that too was unsuccessful and furthermore I tried following a link in Shopify discussion room and that too was unsuccessful.I do not want this service anymore. Please advise on how to remove every b

To confirm, are you referring to the saved information in your Shop account?

For context, if you’ve ever made a purchase on a Shopify store that has Shop Pay enabled, during your first time checking out you can select the option to save your information for a faster checkout:

Customers who enter their phone number in the above box and choose to opt into Shop Pay will then see a notification on the order status page that confirms that their information was saved with Shop Pay. Once opted in, your shipping and billing information will be saved for future purchases across all shops that use Shop Pay:

From there, your future purchases on stores using Shop Pay will look like the following:

  1. Input your email address at checkout.

  2. Check your text messages for your 6-digit code. You should receive this immediately.

  3. Input your code in the field that pops up at checkout.

  4. Your shipping and billing details will auto-populate to complete your checkout.

Does the above sound like the same process that you’re experiencing on your end? If so, this means that you’ve opted into Shop Pay in one of your previous purchases. For more context, you can think of the Shop Pay codes you receive as a kind of two-step authentication for your purchase. Shop Pay is also fully PCI compliant, and any saved credit information isn’t available to the owner of the store directly. So to conclude, Shop Pay ultimately allows for faster checkout, and remains as secure as a regular checkout.
