How can I generate a detailed sales report for each product?

Hello -

I’m new to Shopify and hoping for assistance.

I need to pull a report that shows line by line all the sales of a product, ideally with some kind of sale ID attached.

i.e.

John Purchased 5 Tickets and a Hat

Jack Purchased 5 Tickets and a Shirt

A perfect report, segmented to “Tickets” would show me:

(some ID) ; (Product ID); (Purchaser)

0001 - Ticket - John

0002 - Ticket - John

0003 - Ticket - John

0004 - Ticket - John

0005 - Ticket - John

0006 - Ticket - Jack

0007 - Ticket - Jack

0008 - Ticket - Jack

0009 - Ticket - Jack

0010 - Ticket - Jack

Any idea how I can get close to this?

You can get this in Shopify by using one of the Sales reports. You could start with Sales by product variant SKU or Sales by customer name. Then you can customize the columns by adding some of the following to get the result you are seeking:

order id

order name

product id

product sku

product title

customer id

customer name
