I understand this is frustrating.
The quickest way to get to the bottom of this would be to contact our support through this link here so that we can investigate this for you.
Before you get in touch, I would also suggest to take the following steps to close your store as that is required if you’re looking for a refund:
- From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Plan.
- Click Cancel subscription or Pause or deactivate store.
- Review the options to pause your plan, or start a new store. If you still want to deactivate your plan, then click Cancel subscription and close store or Deactivate store.
- Select a reason for the deactivation, and then click Continue.
- Enter your password, and then click Close store or Deactivate now.
You will then be able to reach out and request the refund.
