If you no longer wish to continue with your Shopify store you can learn how to close it down yourself here.
We can check to see if it might be possible to refund your most recent subscription invoice after you have done so if you can reach out for support via our Help Centre here.
There we’ll be able to view your account info securely and see if a refund request can be granted in the circumstances.
