Thank you for reaching out to the Community! This would be expected behaviour for unfulfilled orders that are refunded or cancelled. You can however, archive the order to ensure it doesn’t count towards open orders. For more information on this, you can check out our Managing Orders helpdoc as it goes over this in further detail.
