Can’t deactivate my Shopify account

Are there any particular error messages you’re seeing on your end, when you’re trying to close your store?
If you’re still having issues with closing your store after following the instructions shared by @made4Uo in their reply, you can go through the troubleshooting steps below so that we can rule out any browser caching issues:
- Try to access your Shopify admin and close your store via an incognito window
- Or, you can use your usual browser but to clear the browser’s cookies and cache
- You can also try another browser. For example, if you’re using Safari, you can try accessing your account on Chrome or Firefox
- You can also try to use another device, such as a different laptop or computer
