I want to disconnect my domain from my store which is closed.

If you purchased the domain from a third-party domain provider then all you’ll need to do is update the DNS records to point away from Shopify. Once updated, all traffic will be routed to the new destination.
If you purchased the domain through Shopify and want to transfer the domain away, then you’ll need to reach out to Shopify Support for further assistance on transferring your domain away. Domains can be transferred so long as 60 days have passed since you purchased the domain.

I have third party domain but I don’t want to update DNS records to point away from shopify I’m still using shopify I just want you to disconnect my domain from old shopify store so I can use that domain for my new shopify store.
You’ll need to contact Shopify Support in that case. You’ll need proof of ownership (screenshot of your domain manager) in order for our team to complete the request.
