Hello,
I do not want to continue with my free trial and so I want my credit card to be removed all together before I close my account. Currently, the only option is to replace it, but it needs to be removed.

Once you’ve closed your account on your end, I recommend creating a support request via the Shopify Help Center so our team can investigate further and assist you with removing the payment method on file.
