The issue that I’m having is that every time I try to log in to my administrator account, I cannot log you, whether through the Shopify app or the website. I have cleared the cat show my browsers and tried several different Internet browsers to log in every time, the same issue. I have contacted Shopify of fires support through email and chat and have not gotten anywhere to resolve this issue. Both help channels that I reached out to said I should get an email from technical support explaining the problem, but I’ve not received an email at all. I’m looking for any help. Are any ideas to help me get this resolved? I’ve not been able to log in to this account for three days now.
I am having the exact same issue. The person who set up our account and is the administrator left the organization 6 months ago and we cannot figure out how to get in. Did you ever figure this out?
