Just curious, is there not a chat box to get actual support for shopify?? Im having some issues and it would be nice to tell someone since there isn’t a “Button/Option” they provide that will answer it??

Our live support via phone, chat or email can be reached 24/7 via our support portal here. Simply type your query into the “ask about a topic” bar, then hit continue to support to access. I have a video here showing the exact steps to take, skipping any parts will result in a “loop” so it is important to follow this precisely. Let me know if this works!
