My shopify store is down, what is going on?

My shopify store has been down all morning and the 24/7 service page is down? What the hell is going on? Anyone else experiencing something like this?

Hi, @reconrecovery .

Welcome to the Shopify Community!

Earlier today, the Shopify Support Page was experiencing a 404: Page not found error message. Our developers have since resolved the issue and you should now be able to access the help center and our support contact options. As per our Shopify Status page, all systems are operational. For the issue mentioned earlier, you can click View recent events on the status page.

I navigated to your store reconrecovery.myshopify.com and viewed the same unavailable message you’re seeing on your end. Could you check your inbox, spam or junk folder for correspondence from our team? If you cannot locate an email, I recommend contacting our support team by creating a support request via the Shopify Help Center.

Feel free to share additional questions you may have here.

Yes I have been in contact finally with the support team and all they do is tell me they will get back to me withing 24-72 hours. Not acceptable at all, our website is completely down, we can not fulfill the orders from the weekend, nor take any new orders. This issue has caused thousands of dollars worth of loss sales.

Thanks for your reply, @reconrecovery .

I can definitely understand your concern to have this resolved and I’ll do my best to share what next steps you can take.

We appreciate you taking the steps to create a support request and contact our team. Rest assured, our internal team is actively looking into your ticket and will be corresponding with you via email. If you have additional questions pertaining to your store that are account-specific, I encourage you to reply directly to your existing support ticket. This will ensure the appropriate team receives your question as they have the access and scope to look directly into your account. Through our community forum, we are unable to authenticate accounts or look into account activity.
