If your store was closed you should have received an email from Shopify with more information in it. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder because sometimes it can be filtered in those folders. There should be information on how to proceed with your store in the email, so be sure to read it all and reply if necessary.

If you did not receive an email from our team, please reach out directly to the support team and they can take a look into this for you. Write “Can’t log in” into the chat > Click “I still need support” > Click “Account Support” > Scroll down to see the link to chat in. You’ll then join the queue to speak to an agent.
