I have the UK listed as a location I ship to, but a customer in Scotland just emailed me and said that the order page said I don’t ship to Scotland, which I have and I do. Whats the problem?
Hi @hylander !
Thanks for reaching out to us about this.
There could be a number of reasons why this is happening. Do you happen to know the exact error message the customer is seeing when they try to checkout?
First and foremost, I would like to have you confirm that Scotland is checked off in your shipping zone for the UK. If you head to Settings > Shipping and delivery > select the shipping profile > click the three dots […] beside the shipping zone in question and verify that Scotland is checked:
Once that is confirmed, please head to the product list at the top of the page to ensure that the products you wish to have available for this profile are well and truly within the shipping profile:
If all appears to be in order on that front, please let me know how you have set up your shipping profiles and zones so I can assess further.
Cheers!

The UK was listed as a shipping zone, but I have just added Scotland as an additional zone. The customer never told me which item he was looking at, but in looking at my “Sale” page I noticed that the only zones were the US &n Canada. so I added those. He must have been looking at that page, as all other products are listed with theUK/Scotland shipping zones.
I will update this issue if I eve hear back from this customer.
Thanks for your help.
Kerry
This wasn’t an issue before the “simplified order page update”.
