Hi somebody in the UK has received this message when they tried to order a product, all of my other orders have been from the UK so I don’t understand why this has happened? Any ideas please?

We will need to take a closer look into the Shipping Profiles that you have set up on your store. To view the Shipping Profile, we will need to navigate to Settings > Shipping and Delivery. We will need to ensure that the United Kingdom has been added as a shipping zone. I took a screenshot of the section I am referring to from my test store:
If you notice that you have the shipping zone setup correctly. You will need to check if you are offering shipping to all of the United Kingdom regions. You can edit the zone by selecting the three dots to see which regions are selected:
If you can confirm that you are offering shipping to all of the United Kingdom regions. There could be an issue with the order not meeting the requirements for the shipping rates that are offered. With that being said, if the weight or price of the order does not meet the criteria within the shipping profile, your customer will likely receive this exact error. We may need to add an additional rate to allow shipping to the customers address.
