Hi @Souber_10
It is hard to get organic traffic nowadays with Google, just an opinion. I would suggest have a good social brand awareness. One thing I can comment is, it is hard to trust your website. I don’t see refund policy. A lot need to be changed. You need to have a website makeover unfortunately.
Hi,
I am piloting a tool to do detailed Website Content Audits for landing Pages (https://www.saleso.ai/product/website-content-feedback-tool ). As a part of that, generated a detailed report for your page here - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1f-c7IhghZKgci7je39lUPER5349Dh1dO/view?usp=sharing. If that is cumbersome, you can also find a summary here - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1R7TI3Yr-ztOJHbW4QLG5b4ExGx1ACFyD/view?usp=sharing. Hope this is useful to you. If possible, do give me feedback on it.

Hi @Souber_10
This is Ellie from BOGOS.io: Free gift. Here are my recommendations:
I. Analyze your traffic and bounce rate
-
Check your bounce rate: Bounce rate is an important factor, You can be check it in Google Analytics. A high bounce rate may suggest that visitors are leaving your site quickly, maybe because you have attracted ‘the wrong’ people or because visitors are not engaging with your site positively.
-
Review the sources of your traffic: Make sure your ads are placed in the right categories so that you reach the right audience. If you tend to have many clicks but no sales, then maybe your target is wrong or the landing page is not good enough.
II. Store UI/UX:
Home page
- Navigation Menu:
- The navigation menu is in black and it blends with your hero banner. It becomes challenging for the visitors to navigate your store as they may wish. I have attached a screenshot of the page I would like to analyze for content.
- Your navigation menu is black, which blends with your black-colored banner. It makes it difficult for visitors to navigate your store easily. Please see my attached screenshot. In your store, the nav bar only appears when hovering or scrolling.
- Product Categories:
- You have 2 product categories that are not really related: earrings and electronic devices. This can confuse customers. For example, if they come from ads and want to buy your earrings, but if they see the electronic devices first they will leave
- You can make specific landing pages for each type of products or even create individual stores for these categories. It is always important to ensure that customers will not have a hard time searching for the product they want.
- Hero banner:
- The first hero banner image does not show your products. If you’re selling electric products, it should popup right when customers go into your store
- There are two hero banners on the page and none of them are clickable. As they are the first things that are seen when a customer enters your website make them clickable since they occupy a lot of space on the homepage.
- Reviews: Include customer names and product images in reviews to increase trust and credibility. This makes the reviews more relatable and authentic
- Brand design
Overall you don’t have a cohesive design style, so it’s difficult for customers to remember your brand story and trust your products. I would recommend you start using minimal product pictures and choose a primary color for your store. You can use free tools like Canva to search for templates and apply it into your store.
- Product display: From my experience, I have to scroll and click a few times to actually see the product. Please reorganize and display your products in a section that’s prominent in your store.
Product Page:
-
Price higlight: Highlight product’s price and compare at price. This helps customers see potential savings.
-
Important information: Ensure all important information is displayed in one fold. Currently, the “Add to Cart” button appears only in the second fold.
-
FAQ:
-
FAQ & Recently viewed section should be placed last in your product pages, after the review sections.
-
Consider adding a more human tone to the FAQ content so it’s familiar to the customers. And also, this FAQ about electronic devices is wrongly placed in the accessories product pages.
If you find this helpful, appreciate if you could give me a Like or accept it as a Solution.
Wish you all the best with the business,
Ellie
