Hi @pohia256 ,
Just checked your site good start, you’ve got the foundation in place

A few honest thoughts:

Hero section:
The visual is strong, but the message feels a bit generic. “No Gym? No Problem” is fine, but you could make it more benefit-driven or specific to your audience. Also, the CTA is there, but it doesn’t feel urgent maybe tighten that up.

Navigation:

The menu feels a bit crowded with icons/emojis and labels. Simplifying it would make it cleaner and easier to scan.

Homepage flow:
It’s clear, but it feels more like a template right now. You could add:
a quick value proposition (why buy from you?)
maybe a short trust section (shipping, guarantees, etc.)

Product cards:

These look decent, but a bit basic. You could improve them with:
stronger badges (sale, best seller, etc.)
quick add / hover interaction

Collection page (ebooks):

The content is actually good, but it’s a bit text-heavy for a collection page. Most users won’t read that much there better to keep it tighter and push details into the product page.

Product page:

Clean layout, but it’s missing trust signals:
reviews
delivery info
guarantees
Also, the CTA could stand out more.

Overall:

You’re on the right track, but right now it feels like an early-stage store. With a bit more focus on clarity, trust, and positioning, it could look much more polished.

Hey @pohia256 over all your website looks good but i have some points so

  1. in your desktop view in header after the brand logo there is some big white blank space appear
  2. in your home page the feature products image are not at a equal size see

so make it as a same an equal size
  3. same problem for the collection page

and also In a website show casing the products is not enoug. It’s also included to design a site professionality. Like setting up all pages including home page, product page, collection page, policies etc.
that’s it hope you like and also don’t forget to like and mark as solution

I think you are a starter, lots of things you have to optimise from your end… especially don’t think about the Ads- otherwise.. You will burn your money.

Initially, you can consider this.

1) The header is not looking professional:

2) The featured product does not display a quick “Add to Cart” or “Checkout” button, preventing customers from initiating a purchase immediately.

3) The footer is missing important pages such as the Returns & Refund Policy, Terms & Conditions, FAQ, About Us, and Contact Us. These are essential—especially if you plan to run Google Ads or Meta Ads in the future—and are also important from an SEO perspective.

4) There is no option to check out or add products to the cart directly from the collection page. This is important, as it allows users to add multiple products to their cart in one go.

5) The logo is too small and nearly invisible; this also needs to be improved.

6) Meta information, such as the meta title and meta description, should be within 60 and 160 characters, respectively. Currently, they exceed these limits, making the store appear less professional and negatively impacting organic rankings.

7) Your store is missing social signals. You need to build a presence on Instagram and Facebook, along with TikTok and Pinterest. Additionally, consider adding a product review app to build trust through user-generated content.

8) Use a professional email address for your store. I can see a personal ID being used, which does not look professional.

9) Consider purchasing a professional .com domain if possible. Your current domain (https://fitfuelhub.com.co/) is harder for customers to remember and type in searches, which can impact brand recall and trust.

10) Add some introductory offers to attract users, such as a flat 10% discount on the first purchase or free shipping on orders above $500. Display these offers prominently above the store header to capture attention.

11) Refine your theme and overall store design to ensure it looks professional, clean, and dynamic—creating a premium experience that builds user trust.

Hopefully, the above feedback will help you. Otherwise, you can connect with an expert.
