Payout for a terminated store after 120 days

Hello

My account was terminated about 120 days ago. I won chargebacks. By the time my account was terminated, i had not added a bank to my profile. I have tried reaching out via email without much success. My ticket ID is #57858102.

Please help me get my payout.
