How do I remove my PayPal or Credit Card info under Billing > Payment Methods?

Have there been any updates on this? I wouldn’t want my PayPal info to remain on my client’s Shopify billing after project handover.

So after adding my client’s card details and assuming I’d simply be able to remove my Paypal account, I hit the same issue you guys did.
So, to spare you any further pain, here’s the ONLY solution known to man:
- Jump onto Live chat whilst logged into your store in question
- Explain the issue
- For security, they’ll ask you to confirm the PayPal email used
- Then you’ll need to send a screenshot of the transaction in PayPal that includes the invoice ID and charge amount.
- Then it’ll be escalated and removed for you!
I did ask ‘why all the hoops’ but simply put, it’s for security reasons!!
