Hi @Adrianbrad

Homepage Feedback (Conversion Focus)

  • Hero section looks good but USP is not clear (what makes your store different?)
  • CTA is weak / not attention-grabbing enough
  • No clear offer (discount, free shipping, urgency)

Trust Issues (Problem)

  • No customer reviews/testimonials visible
  • No trust badges (secure payment, guarantee)
  • Shipping & return info is not clearly highlighted

Homepage Structure Issues

  • Too many sections feels cluttered and overwhelming
  • No proper featured / best sellers section at top
  • Important products are not highlighted strategically

Product Section Issues

  • Reviews / ratings
  • Badges (Best Seller, Sale)
  • Quick Add to Cart
  • Products look generic (no differentiation / benefits shown)

Content & Messaging

  • Content is very generic (no strong selling points)
  • No clear:
    • Why buy from you
    • What problem you solve

Conversion Missing Elements

  • No sticky Add to Cart / quick buy options
  • No bundle offers or upsells
  • No urgency (limited stock / timer)

Footer Issues

  • Good structure but can improve with:
    • Trust badges
    • Guarantees
    • Strong CTA (discount / offer)

Important Additions

  • Add FAQ section on homepage (SEO + trust)
  • Add email popup with offer (10% OFF)
  • Add clear shipping banner (Free shipping / delivery time)

You should focus on the website content suggestions above. But also remember that a few weeks of sessions is not enough time to gauge properly. Most of those probably are just bots anyway. It takes time, patience, and hard work to earn strangers’ trust and money.

Hi @Adrianbrad

Since you’ve already paid for the store development, you can request them to include and properly implement all these features as well. If you need any assistance or guidance during the process, feel free to let me know—I’d be happy to help.

Hi there @Adrianbrad I have had a look at your store and here are a few suggestions I have on how it could be improved

  1. You should add a video on the homepage to make the products and store overall more attractive
  2. You should add in FAQs on the homepage
  3. A well written “About Us” section would also help make the store look more trustworthy as well.

Your store looks generic and fake. You have way too many different items like a Walmart. You have from men clothing to kitchen ware then electronics. It looks like you just saw an ad about drop shipping websites, ran to have it built, but didn’t use any originality or thoughts. It “looks” nice but I wouldn’t buy either bc it looks like a scam. Advice, pick a niche.

First off very rude, no good insight on how store should be setup, like everyone else did. If I want to sell a million different items it’s my store, my money that’s going into my store, not yours. You can keep those types opinions to yourself. No good advice at all just your opinion. Keep it don’t need it was not what I was looking for.

Thank you, but no thank you

There’s a million drop shipping sites exactly like yours from companies that just create the same exact thing just to get your purchase. I’ve been in business for over 10 years, this isn’t an opinion, this is facts. If you can’t take criticism don’t ask questions. You asked why people aren’t buying and I’m telling you why they aren’t. I saw your website. You’re starting business in your late years and don’t understand how the world views websites and the internet right now. IT LOOKE SCAMY. You need to clean it up and narrow down to a niche and use REAL images and ADVERTISE using google, facebook, etc. I know what I’m taking about. From black woman to black woman, I was helping you out. But go be hardheaded, you’ll find out!

I’m sorry it was the way you came across and the way you worded your reply. Everyone else that replied told what needed to be worked on or revised and was not being insulting in a way, in which my team will be working on in the near future. I can take criticism all day if it’s to better my business. Even on your last reply still being a little harsh with choice of words.
Have a nice day no need to go back in forth. My team is on it…
