Scam

I made a purchase for trimova. I emailed the seller and have not heard back. I have not recieved my order and want my money back. They are a shopify seller

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are having with your Trimova order, so irritating not to get what you have paid for.

Since the seller does not reply, first make sure to check the order status in your Shopify account under “Orders” for things like shipping updates or estimates on delivery dates. If that is still no luck, go ahead and request a refund through Shopify directly. You can do this by going into your account, going to your order, and selecting “Request a Refund.” Just follow the prompts and explain to them what happened. Shopify usually jumps in to mediate if the seller does not respond. If the seller went through Shopify Payments, in most cases refunds are made in about 10 business days, though it could take longer depending on your bank.

If you do not see any refund option, or if the seller really does not reply for a few days, just contact Shopify Support with your order number, and they can escalate it on your behalf. Then, if credit card payment was used, you could go ahead and reach out to your bank after all that and file for a chargeback as the last resort
