Website fails to even load properly. You should fix that before spending anymore time on it.
Hi @dixcy1
Your website has SSL issues and also takes a long time to load. Since it’s built on WordPress, SSL problems can happen if it’s not configured properly.
In Shopify, this is not a concern because Shopify automatically provides free SSL/TLS certificates for every store, so your site is secure by default.
took a look at the site. couple things jumping out. the hero banner didn’t load for me at all on first visit, just a blank grey section which is a rough first impression. and the countdown timer at the top shows 00:00:00, so it looks like the sale already ended. that kind of thing actually hurts trust more than having no sale at all.
on the product side, the discount percentages are really aggressive (71% off, 51% off on basically everything). when every single item is on a massive sale it stops feeling like a deal and starts feeling like the “real” prices are fake. for jewellery especially, trust is everything. i’d pick maybe 3-5 items to feature at a discount and price the rest normally. also the mix of photo styles is inconsistent, some products have on-model shots and others are just studio cutouts on colored backgrounds. getting a consistent look across your catalog would make the whole store feel more legit and professional.
