Us too! We have contacted Shopify several times and they have confirmed that we canceled POS Pro in June of 2024. We have been told by several employees that they will look into it and get the matter resolved. But they never follow through, nor do they refund it. We just got another bill for it and have been charged on it again!

Did they ever answer you? I fear our next move will be to seek legal counsel.
