Somethinhg went wrong, store unavailable error even though my account is payed in full. Tried changing themes to no avail. Contacted customer support chat and have been waiting on an email from account services for a week now but havent received any help. I’ve already lost out on a $40k NFT mint and now I’m, missing out on xmas sales. I’ve contacted support several times over the course of this past week only to receive zero actual help. Someone needs to HELP ME.

Just to confirm, are you still able to login to your Shopify admin? But your storefront isn’t available, correct?

If you’ve reached out to our Support Advisor team, they would have looked into your account and worked together with the necessary internal team to see how we can best move forward with the situation at hand. While we cannot check for any support tickets from our end via the Community Forums, it sounds like your ticket has been escalated to the required team. At times, the turnaround time for our internal team may be longer than usual due to the amount of requests that they’re handling. But I can assure you that our team always work through all open requests as quickly as possible.
If you already have a ticket number with an escalated team, you can perhaps check in again with our Support Advisor team once more via our Help Centre here. From there, you can give our team member your ticket number and summary of your situation, and they can help locate the ticket on our end. If need be, our Support Advisors can also reach out to the necessary team to gather any updates available for your ticket and/or store.
