My store was deactivated, and I would like to issue a refund to one of my customers, but now since it was deactivated by Shopify I can’t access the store to issue the refund, and Shopify support is useless and says they’ll escalate it to a higher team which we all know is BS.

I’m really sorry to hear about the situation with your store. The best course of action is to continue communicating with our support through the ticket they have already escalated. Working with them directly is the most effective way to address account-specific issues, as we are unable to access or influence account details from here.
They still havent reached out to me, nearly been a week
