Store Deactivated by shopify and im now trying to issue a refund to a customer but it wont let me

My store was deactivated, and I would like to issue a refund to one of my customers, but now since it was deactivated by Shopify I can’t access the store to issue the refund, and Shopify support is useless and says they’ll escalate it to a higher team which we all know is BS.

Working with them directly is the most effective way to address account-specific issues, as we are unable to access or influence account details from here.

They still havent reached out to me, nearly been a week
